Current Specialty Cocktails

The Mezzanine

  • 2oz Woodford Reserve

  • 1 orange slice (muddled)

  • 1 cocktail cherry (muddled)

  • 2-3 dashes Cranberry bitters

  • 2 teaspoons/.5oz Demerara Simple Syrup (You can substitute 2 parts demerara sugar to 1 part water)

  • Ice

Muddle cherry and orange in mixing glass, combine other ingredients and ice in same glass. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass with ice.

*Garnish with orange peel, expressing the oils over the top of the drink & add to the glass with a luxardo or cocktail cherry

The Showstopper

  • 2oz Elijah Craig Small Batch

  • 1oz Sweet Red Vermouth

  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

  • Ice

Combine all ingredients with ice in shaker, shake well, strain into stemmed glass.

*Garnish with skewered lemon rind & luxardo or cocktail cherry

The Blockbuster

  • 2oz  Four Roses Small Batch

  • 1oz Simple Syrup

  • 1.5oz lemon juice

  • Ice ball or regular ice

  • 1oz Red Wine Float

Combine Four Roses, simple syrup and lemon juice in shaker, shake well, and pour over ice ball or regular ice. Layer red wine float on top using the back of a spoon.

*If using an ice ball, try spinning the ball to combine and enjoy!

*Garnish with lemon and or lemon peel

  • 2oz Makers Mark 46

  • 8oz-12oz Ale8 One, or Ginger Ale of choice

  • Ice

Pour Makers Mark 46 and Ale8 One over ice in your favorite glass.

*Garnish with long lemon peel
